Important Things to Remember about Your Log In Information
Please note: Your account and password are keys to a lot of information
about you and your practice. Be sure to choose a secure password that you don't
share with anyone, including other staff members. Keep in mind, passwords are case
sensitive. To reset your password or for password assistance, please contact our
Customer Support team by phone at 888-799-8387 or by email support@vetstreet.com.
Additionally, remember to set "User Roles" for each Vet Portal user. This way, each user can only view and change what is allowed under their log in ID. You can access your User settings under Vet Portal Setup in your Setup & Maintenance section.
